In an effort to follow our mission of "raising the standard in real estate," we want to lead the way in equipping agents in being the best in the industry when it comes to understanding, implementing and communicating changes in the real estate industry.
Haley taught a much needed class on providing an overview of these changes. Now Joshua will be leading a training on practicing filling out and communicating Buyer Agency changes.
We're going to walk-through a mock listing and offers and discuss:
🤔 How to explain new changes on agency to my clients?
🤔 What happens when compensation is not offered?
🤔 What happens when compensation offered is greater than or less than what is being requested?
🤔 Remind me what goes in those new boxes regarding compensation on the Form 21?
🤔 How do those changes get communicated on the Form 21, the 41C and inevitably now often... a Form 34?
🤔 What happens when the remaining concessions negotiated are applied towards the buyer's closing costs and/or purchase price?
🤔 How does the new escalation addendum process get calculated?
🤔 And lastly, how do I communicate just enough of this to inform but not overwhelm my clients?
